Life lessons

I've had so many experiences of this during the last week it's been crazy! Remembering these wise words from Eckhart has helped massively with realising that on a certain level, I've chosen all of it to help me grow and leave old patterns behind. Woah!!!

How amazing and how wonderful this life is, and my heart is filled with gratitude for the beauty of all the breakthroughs, the teachers that have brought the lessons to me and the moments of clarity.
